There are two things in life that I am surely guilty of: I love caffeine in any form and I don't drink enough water (sometimes not even one glass). In trying to be kind to my body, I am sorting out better food options, eliminating unnecessary sugars, and trying to make a workout routine that doesn't bore me shitless. I've started to incorporate hot lemon water to replace my morning tea. The benefits seem endless, and detoxing sounds wonderful. So if you are in the mood to be kind to your body and kick a bad caffeine habit, this is more than recommended. I feel more energized and not being dependent on caffeine is a nice bonus.
